Sessions are offered virtually worldwide via a secure video platform. Select in-person engagements are available in the Chicagoland area and on-site for corporate and government clients.

Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours are billed at 50%; no-shows are billed in full. Enterprise contracts follow the terms specified in the master services agreement.
